Filmography

Between 1935-1938, Allan Jones made seven movies at MGM and the movie Show Boat at Universal Studios in 1936. These films jump started his career and are the most remembered today.
From 1939 to 1945 he made fifteen more movies at Paramount and Universal Studios. Unlike his earlier films, these were lower budget and are less well known today, however fans still treasure them for their musical numbers. In the  1960s, he returned to make a short appearance in A Swingin’ Summer.
